So very honoured to have been asked to speak on a Panel & exhibit at @nhsengland LGBT+ Healthcare Conference today!
A very emotional, powerful day full of inspiring organizations, people & Allies: Coming together to recognize & address the healthcare inequalities & disparities that our community face & what the 300+ Healthcare professionals who attended today can do to support the changes required.
The LGBT+ Healthcare Team under the amazing Michael Brady did an amazing job & so many wonderful Activists, organizations & people were involved in sharing & making the day a success.
Got to see familiar faces, those from our @lgbt_mummies community, lovely people like @ash_bainbridge & the iconic @valentino_vecchietti (Check Valentino’s work out- you WILL recognize their work in the form of our communities flag!)
Organizations like @stonewalluk , @genderedintelligence @cliniq_cic , @transactualuk @lgbtfdn @indigogenderservice @spectra_london @teamprepster @clareprojectbrighton @givebloodnhs & us @lgbt_mummies & Proud Foundations & several NHS Trusts sharing best practise Manchester NHS @msehospitals (where our Founder is Vice Chair of the @midsouth_essex_mnvp all there to share their expertise, support & work towards a more inclusive health service for our community.
