Presenting in Parliament- APPG on Infant Feeding- Inequalities of feeding provision for LGBT+ families

We were delighted to be invited to present and speak within Parliament for the APPG on infant feeding regarding LGBT+ journeys and infant feeding.

Our Founder presented to those attending including MP’s and over sixty organisations and people virtually.

Recognising that our community are already at risk of poorer outcomes and multiple barriers on their journey to parenthood, but also that our infant feeding experiences are also marred with inequality, discrimination, lack of support & poor advice.

A wonderful and memorable afternoon, amplifying LGBT+ family experiences & the disparities in the service provision we are provided with, and what objectives we as an organisation feel are required to reduce these inequalities.
